History/Philosophy:
Trueanalog founded in 2002 is an American/Taiwanese owned and operated speaker engineering and manufacturing factory located in Panyu, Southern China PRC. The major shareholder is Philip M. Richardson an American audiophile whom moved to China to follow his desire to keep the high-end audio community alive and not let it succumb to the home theatre in a box industry.
¡°I was disgusted with seeing USD $2000.00 pair bookshelf speakers
that weighed less than a bag of sugar. I remember high-end audio having; heft and feel and quality and the consumer nearly broke his back when putting them in the backseat of his/her 1967/289/V8. Remember the: Black Nights, the LS3A or the DQ-10¡¯s. Those were quality speakers systems that an audiophile could truly enjoy and have pride of ownership.
I wish to manufacture to the high-end loudspeaker audio community by engineering/manufacturing high-quality speaker systems on the OEM/ODM level in supplying companies with high quality, frequency, impedance and SPL matched drivers, machined alloys, exotic veneers on shaped or classic styled MDF enclosures, great speakers or speaker systems that your customers can be proud of owning¡±.
We are strictly an OEM/ODM (original equipment manufacturer/original design manufacturer) specializing in high-end home audio, two-channel and home theatre applications. We are able to work from your ¡°napkin concept¡± or engineering drawings, make our house drawings accordingly and quickly quote thereafter. We prefer to quote based on the BOM, which is why we make drawings for your review/comment and then issue the quotation. Thank you
We don¡¯t show much products on the website nor do we sell to the domestic, (Chinese market) because most of our products are proprietary, our customers is our treasure in addition to preventing other companies or the audio chat rooms from uncovering your secrets. We utilize MLSSA, LMS and D.A.A.S for driver development along with Fine Motor and Fine Cone modeling software. Our anechoic chamber Fo= 100 Hz.
We only utilize certified Japanese made low carbon steel in motor structures along with certified Y-40 ferrite magnets. From January 2007 all of our products shall be RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substance) compliant, unless you require otherwise.
General Tooling lead-times;
Final drawing to 1st article = 45 days. Generally, we can ship production sample 55 days from the time final drawing is issued.
We store all your tooling before and after injection in our warehouse for safe-keeping and control.
Production Quantity:
Generally, MOQ is 250 pieces of speaker driver units per production run.
Speaker systems MOQ varies depending on complexity and finish.
